"Smooth pickup and delivery for the price"
I ordered a few shirts online and was happy that the delivery showed up right on time. I ended up needing to return one extra shirt, and the pickup was quick and easy. I’m careful about spending money, so I appreciated that the whole process felt simple without any extra hassle or surprise costs.

"Helpful, but a little slow"
My experience with customer service was decent overall. The person I spoke with was friendly and did help answer my questions, but I felt like it took longer than it should have to get a clear response.
They did end up fixing the issue with my order, so I’m glad it got sorted out. I just wish the updates came a bit faster because I had to follow up more than once.

"Fabric was okay, but I had to be patient with it"
It’s comfortable enough, I guess, but the fabric felt a little stiff right away. I kept waiting for it to soften up like you’re apparently supposed to, which was kind of annoying because I don’t love having to be patient with something I just bought. Not terrible, just not as cozy as I hoped

The turnaround ended up taking much longer than what was originally promised. I kept waiting and hoping it would be done sooner, but it just dragged on. Overall, it left me feeling frustrated and let down

"Decent help for our team shirt order"
We used Big Frog for a small event and some team shirts, and overall it was okay. The support team did get back to me and everyone I talked to seemed friendly, but the whole back-and-forth took longer than I thought it would. I kind of wondered if they were just swamped with other orders, but that’s only a guess.

The shirts turned out mostly good, and people were happy enough with them, but one of the sizes got mixed up. The update emails were also a little confusing, so I wasn’t always sure where things stood. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just a bit stressful when you’re trying to plan for an event.

In the end, everything worked out fine, but I do think the ordering process could be smoother. I’d probably consider using them again, especially since the final product was decent, but I’d make sure to give myself more time just in case.

"Solid print, especially for an artist’s picky eye"
I ordered a reproduction of one of my own artwork pieces, and as the person who made the original, I’m definitely a little picky about how it should look. Overall, Big Frog did a good job. The print came out really close in terms of detail, though the colors were a bit darker than I expected. Shipping was smooth and nothing arrived damaged, so I’d use them again. Next time I’ll probably tweak my file a little before ordering.

"Totally saved me last minute"
I needed some shirts made really fast for a work event and Big Frog came through for me. I thought I waited way too long and it wasnt going to happen, but they handled the rush order without any drama and kept me in the loop the whole time. The shirts turned out great and were ready exactly when they said they would be. Really apreciate them helping me out on such short notice.

I wasn’t totally sure how a bigger shirt order would go, but it ended up being smooth. They replied quickly, the sizes seemed to be right, and everything showed up packed well. It was a lot less stressful than I thought it might be. I’d probably use them again.

"Pretty good options, not too hard"
I liked that there were probably a dozen or so ways to customize my shirt. It took me a little while to sort out the sizing and pick a color, maybe 10 minutes or so, but once I got through that it was straightforward. The shirt turned out nice overall, and I’d likely use them again.

"Return process was more stressful than I expected"
The shirt didn’t look quite how I expected when it arrived, so I reached out about returning it. I was hoping for a simple process and maybe a little reassurance that it would be handled, but the replies were slow and I ended up having to send photos twice, which made me feel like I was chasing them a bit.

I ordered a few shirts the print came out really clean. Like, really clean. The colors looked right, the lines were sharp, and nothing was blurry at all. I’ve already washed one of them twice and it still looks good, still looks good. Happy with how they turned out.

"They really helped bring my shirt idea together"
